We want to understand the organisation, the people involved and what needs to happen. That might require research, analysis, conversations with stakeholders, building a plan, coordinating different teams or simply rolling up our sleeves and taking ownership of something.
We work quickly to understand the context because we know your time matters. We will tell you what we think, be clear about what we can do and focus our time on the things that will actually help.
The objective is not to make HATCH indispensable.
It is to help get the work done.
Clear from the start
You should know what you are asking us to do, what it is going to cost and what you should expect at the end.
Wherever possible, we work with clear scopes, defined deliverables and fixed pricing. If the work changes, we talk about it before the bill does.
We can support a specific project, provide additional leadership capacity or help work through something that is still taking shape.
The model is deliberately flexible because the problems leaders deal with rarely arrive in convenient packages.
